We immediately began brainstorming ways to improve our product. Our backers wanted a better built product and a smoother handle. But we also thought: what if we could make Z-ROPE better for both beginners and experts?
Now, we’re proud to introduce the new and improved Z-ROPE+ to the Kickstarter community. These home battle ropes feature 3 adjustable levels, allowing for personalized exercise tailored to your strength level.
Combining cardio exercise with weight training is a great way to tone muscle and burn calories at the same time.
The original Z-ROPE was our effort to embody this core principle, enabling users to unlock quality fitness training right in their own homes.
But with just one level of resistance, the original Z-ROPE was perhaps not the best choice for a beginner or pro athlete. That’s why with Z-ROPE+, we made it so that you can adjust your ropes to one of three intensities as you see fit.
With Z-ROPE+, you can perform all kinds of high intensity workouts to strengthen your core muscles and engage your entire body.
Our level 1 version is the light gray rope, which we recommend for people using battle ropes for the first time and for those who are just starting to build their muscle mass. This version of Z-ROPE+ has 1 mm of distance between the coils, letting you create a wave motion with just a small amount of force. The reduced resistance makes it an accessible entry point of entry for beginners trying battle ropes for the first time.
Our silver version is the intermediate option, offering the same level of resistance as the classic Z-ROPE. With a 2 mm gap between the springs, this version is ideal for both experienced lifters and battle rope users.
The dark gray level 3 battle ropes are perfect for athletes and battle rope experts who need a higher intensity for their training. This version features coils spaced 3 mm apart, requiring significant force to move. The higher level of resistance makes the dark gray spring perfect for an intense workout.
For a wide coverage of intensities across your body, we recommend using a progression of workouts from levels 1 to 3. Start by performing a higher number of reps with level 1, then reduce your reps as you move to level 3. You’ll definitely feel the burn!

To ensure that the spring remains securely attached to the handle, we applied molding epoxy and urethane coating to reinforce the connection between the spring and handle.
We also improved the quality of the handle by adjusting the silicone to 50% strength, allowing for softer movement and a smoother grip.
Plus, we use REACH-verified dyes to demonstrate our commitment to a greener world.

After revising our product design, we’ve now concluded our final testing. We’ve received very positive evaluations and are now putting on the final touches. All design, planning, and inspection for Z-ROPE+ are complete; we are now ready to take the next steps to manufacture our product. Once our campaign reaches its successful conclusion, we will start manufacturing immediately. In today’s post-pandemic society, global conflicts and other factors have created new challenges for the procuring of raw materials and semiconductors while also impeding the execution of logistics. Though you will receive your reward as promised, the global shipping situation remains quite volatile. As such, it may take longer than expected to get your product to you. We’ve already secured a shipping partner for safe, quick, and precise delivery.
